Cigarette Lighter Adapter Recommendation for Powering Rear View Safety Camera System

Question:

I just ordered the RVS-770613-213 backup camera system through etrailer. This system will be used in my pick-up truck with a 5th wheel trailer. I want it to be more of a portable set-up, not so permanent. I realize this is a wired system I have a steel trailer and realize there are issues with wireless systems and steel trailers, but would rather not have to wire in the power source if I can use a cigarette lighter type adapter. Are there any issues with doing it that way? the kit does not come with that option. Can an adapter be purchased to facilitate an install with this method?

We have the part # A-200 which is an adapter that you can run a power and ground wire to and then plug into a cigarette lighter socket like you described. If you wanted to power the Rear View Safety Camera System part # RVS-770613-213 with this you certainly could.
