The Tonno Pro Tonno Fold Soft Tonneau Cover part # TP42200-299 has the exact same tonneau cover as part # TP42-200 but comes with the Utility Track Adapter Kit part # TP42-299. The adapter kit is needed if your 2012 Ram 3500 has the cargo management rail system.
