The Epicord 30 Amp Twist Lock Power Inlet # 277-000137 referenced in your question will require you to cut out a 3 inch diameter hole. The power inlet is then recessed into the wall by a length of 2-1/4 inches. The mounting holes are spaced apart 2-7/16 inches, center to center.
