Hitch for Towing a Boat Trailer Behind a Travel Trailer
Question:
Hi, I have a Fleetwood 240 bh lite prowler travel trailer and would like to be able to tow a small 12 foot aluminum boat/trailer behind it. Any recommendations on a receiver I can install on the existing bumper? Eric

There are potentially hitches available which could work for you, though it depends on the frame and capacity of your Fleetwood 240bh travel trailer. If it has a box frame, C-channel frame, or I-beam frame that is between 22" and 72" you could use Curt # 13703 which has a capacity of 3,500 lbs and tongue weight capacity of 350 lbs. If your frame was slightly smaller, between 18" and 51" there is the Curt # C13702.
I've added links to video reviews of these hitches as well as a link to each of our RV and Camper hitches for you.
