Ladder Rack Recommendation for 2004 Chevy Silverado 2500HD with Camper Shell

Question:
I have a 2004 Chevy Silverado 2500HD with a 8foot bed and a leer 122 installed on it. Do you guys make a ladder rack which bolts on the bed rail over the leer cap which is higher then a standard leer cap. The back opening is 45inch so the ladder rack would have to at least be 50inch high. Is this available or do I need to custom make it?

We have a ladder rack that would fit your 2004 Chevy Silverado 2500HD that has a camper shell, but none that attach to the bed rails and go around the cap.
Instead you'd want the # TH29200XT which attaches to the top of the cap.
