Can I replace h7 55W halogen bulb 12 v with h7 100W halogen bulb 12v Nissan Qashqai 2007 year?

Generally speaking no, a 55 watt bulb can not be replaced with a 100 watt bulb as the wattage is almost double and could cause serious damage to the vehicle's electrical circuit. However, if the socket that the lightbulb will be plugged into is rated for 100 watts then yes you can use an H7 100 watt halogen bulb on your 2007 Nissan Qashqai.
For a H7 55 watt halogen bulb I recommend using the Putco PURE High-Performance H7 Halogen Headlight Bulbs part # P230007NW-F and for a H7 100 watt halogen bulb I recommend using the Vision X H7 Halogen Headlight Bulbs part # VX-HH7-R.
