Testing Wires On Travel Trailer For Function

I have white , Brown, 2 Greens, 2 Reds, and Black wires Can you help me wire the trailer ?

It would be very tough for me to tell you what the wires you described functions are. The wires you described are not a standard wire color combination.
The best way to determine how the wiring is run is by using a circuit tester like part # PTW2993 to first test the trailer connector on the towing vehicle. Have someone sit in the driver's seat and run through the functions while you check the trailer connector. If everything checks out, you can move to the trailer and use a 12V battery. Use a jumper wire and touch one end of the jumper wire to the positive post of the battery and then touch the other end of the wire to all of the different wires to see what circuits illuminate. You want to make sure your trailer connector matches the trailer connector functions on the towing vehicle.
I have attached a helpful article that has wiring diagrams typically found on a trailer. The colors of the wires on the diagram are normally what is used for specific functions but as you are finding out can vary.
