Question:
Hello. These look like the same rack with different names. Is that the case? If not, what are the difference between the 2? Thx!

The two racks you referenced are very similar but they are two different racks made by two different companies.
The Hollywood Racks part # HR1400Z uses different shaped wheel hoops that have a raised section and are a bit wider than the Curt. The Curt also has a bracket on the angled portion of the shank that's designed to connect the lower portion to the vertical portion. Aside from that and a few cosmetic differences the racks are pretty similar.
