The Hollywood Racks Sport Rider SE2 Bike Rack for Electric Fat Tire Bicycles # HR1455E and the Hollywood Racks Sport Rider SE2 # HR1450-FB are very similar bike racks but the key difference is that the # HR1455Z-E is designed for E-bikes which are much heavier so the rack is reinforced more so that it has higher capacities.
This rack has a capacity of 80 lbs per bike whereas the # HR1400Z-85-FB only has a 45 lb per bike capacity.

I contacted hollywood racks and they told me this: "Our Sport Rider SE for Fat Tire Electric Bikes rack and the 2-bike Add-On rack were not designed to work together but they do connect to each other to make a four bike rack. You would just need to make sure the bikes closest to the car do not exceed 80 lbs. per bike and the bikes furthest from the car do not exceed 50 lbs. and the entire 4 bike rack cannot exceed 200 lbs. So, if you ever have two 80 lb. E-bikes that would only leave you with 40 lbs. for the other two slots."
