Where Does Yellow Wire of Westin Driving Lights part # 09-0305 Run

Question:
Two questions on installing the 09-0305 driving lights on a 2011 Honda Fit Sport: 1. Wiring: where to connect yellow wire Since the 2011 Honda Fit uses the parking lights as the daytime running lights and therefore they are always on, I am unclear whether I should follow the instructions and connect the yellow wire on the harness to that circuit or into the headlight circuit? As I understand it, the reason for connecting the yellow wire to the parking lights is so the relay is only powered when it is dark enough out that one would want headlights on. Is that correct? If so, then connecting them to the parking lights will not accomplish that, since they are on all the time. But I would like the option of having the driving lights on, even when the high beams are on, so my preference is NOT to tie into the low beam headlights unless that is the only option. I think that it is but want confirmation, please. So I am not certain of 1 which light to tie the yellow wire to or 2 HOW to do the connection properly if it is into the headlights. 2. Is on-off switch illuminated? The videos I’ve seen such as: Installation of the Westin Off-Road Driving Lights on a 2006 Ford F-150, show a square, illuminated switch being attached with screws. The switch which came with the lights I just purchased is a stick-on switch and I do not believe it is illuminated. Am I correct that it is not illuminated? Is there an illuminated switch I could use with the harness you have provided and what is the part number or specifications for such a switch to work with your wiring and lights? Thanks,

The yellow wire of the Westin lights part # 09-0305 is designed to attach to a running light circuit so that when you turn on the running lights/fog lights these come on. In your case you would want to use the head light circuit.
Or, if you wanted them to only come on with the brights you would tie into that circuit.
The switch is not illuminated.
I attached a wiring diagram for these lights as well.
