Recommended Adapters Needed To Use Small Propane Bottle With Aussie Portable Grill
Question:
Hi! Text taken from your description: On the other side were going to have the connection point for the propane system, this is a quick disconnect right here, this attaches directly to a regulated RV LP gas system .inch Can this BBQ connect to the Coleman propane cylinder? If so, what adapter do I need. A photo would be appreciated. Thank you!

The Aussie grill has a 1/4 inch NPT quick connect adapter. The grill has a 12,000 BTU stainless steel burner. I did some research and found that one of the small 16.4 ounce bottles has about 22,000 BTUs of propane so you could expect to get about an hour and a half from one of those.
To be able to use a small propane bottle like the 16.4 ounce propane throwaways you will first need an adapter like part # CAM59213. One end attaches to the propane bottle.
To connect the # 277-000091 grill you will then need a hose like part # CAM57629. This has the adapter that screws onto the # CAM59213 and the other end is a quick-connect that will fit the grill quick-connect.
I have attached a couple photos and have noted how these items are attached so you can use the smaller propane bottles. If you are going to use a 20-lb propane tank for the grill you will not need the # CAM59213.

I have the Aussie grille, connected with a 20 ft. quick connect hose, to my Travel Trailer's Propane connector. However I cannot get the grille to stay lit. There's plenty of propane on the front of the trailer, I can run my hot water heater and it lights just fine, same with the stove. But when I try to lite the grille, if it lights at all the flame is very weak and will on ly stay lit for about 3 minutes.
