Question:
My truck is a 2004 Ford F 350 Super Duty Dually 8 feet bed and I want to know if I can buy this fifth wheel and be more specific on the railings that will fit the bed of this year and model, secondly does the slider stop and key in the middle of the railings just in case I want it in the middle or does it just stop in the front and the back only.Thirdly, does the kingpin simulator and the white protective round plastic come with the fifth wheel package because I saw it in the picture of a customer that has bought it.I will still keep looking and get in touch as I see things that are not clear to me.

Yes, you can install the Curt Q24 5th wheel trailer hitch # C16546 in your 2004 Ford F-350. But since you have a long bed you would not need a slider hitch. You would instead use the fixed version # C16245. But, if you still want to use the slider version you can but there won't be a need to slide it back out of the towing position. Also, sliders only lock into the towing position or the maneuvering position, there are no settings in between.
For an installation kit I recommend # C16443-204 because it is a custom kit that requires less drilling and installs faster than universal kits.
The fake king pin is not a part you would need but the lube plate (the white plate) is included with either of the above hitches.
