Will Any Part of Hollywood Racks Express Trunk Mount Bike Rack Touch Glass on 1985 VW Vanagon

Question:
Does any of the racks frame rest on the Vanagons glass or is the frame above and below glass window, so no direct pressure is on the window?

I did some research and since the distance between the bumper and the rear glass on the 1985 VW Vanagon is so far there is a very good chance that the upper arms of the Hollywood Racks Express 3 Bike Carrier # HRE3 will not rest on the glass. Based on everything I could find I would say that it will not be a problem.
The top hooks on the bike rack will fit in the gap between the top of the rear hatch and the roof so they will not touch the glass either. I have linked a video review of this rack for you.
