Question:

Hi I own a winch that is no longer manufacture - ProMark. I lost the hand control. Attached is a picture. The hand control needs a plug - 3 prong male end. Will this work? Bulldog Winch 20125A Hand Control, Alpha, 3-Prong

I spoke with my contact at Bulldog Winch to see if they have an option for your ProMark Winch. He believes that their # BDW20080 controller may fit your winch.

Since it is a 3-prong connector however, it is possible that the pin positions of the Bulldog Winch Hand Control # BDW200800 will be different than your winch. My contact noted that if the 12V, In, and Out pins are in a different order on the hand winch controller than on your winch, you can take the controller apart to change the position of the wires on the switch to match the winch. There are 2 screws that hold the controller together, and these can be undone to access the controller.
