Are LED Lights Vibration Resistant
Updated 10/02/2015 | Published 10/01/2015 >
Question:
We know that LEDs dont have the vibrating filament problem that incandescent bulbs do, but the mounting of the components still has to be built to withstand vibration if the whole unit is to last under vibration. I am looking for a work light for my truck. There is a twenty five horse diesel engine generator running for hours on end. Are these lights made to resist vibration?

LEDs are almost completely resistant to all shock and vibration (within reason), so while the Pilot Automotive Light Bar # PL-9704 doesn't specifically say it was designed for vibration resistance the nature of the LEDs of it make it so.
This should work well for you.
