Can a 3/4 ton long bed diesel utility truck have a fifth wheel hitch installed?

It is possible to install a low profile fifth wheel hitch like the # RP30054 in a truck with a flat bed or a service body like yours. The reason you would need a low profile hitch is because the bed of a service body truck sits up off the frame of the truck a few inches higher than a standard truck bed.
This hitch will be to have a custom install done by a qualified fabricator.
You also need to consider the length of your trucks bed behind the rear axle. From the picture you submitted it looks like it would stick out further than a standard truck's bed which could cause clearance issues.
