Typically we strongly recommend that you do not have a cargo bag resting on the sunroof of a vehicle. Most likely you would be fine with only a few inches of the bag on the sunroof, but I would still recommend avoiding the bag being on the sunroof if at all possible. You may want to go with a smaller bag than the part # RL100S20 that you have.

Something like the part # RL100S50 should work well since it is several inches smaller in all dimensions.
