Will a Thule Evolution Cargo Box Fit on Yakima Round Crossbars on a 2014 Honda Pilot
Question:
I have a 2014 Honda Pilot LX no factory roof rack. I plan to buy the Honda roof rails but not the crossbars. Id like to get the Yakima Railgrab 58inch crossbar system, but I own Thule carrier products. I checked into the kayak Hull-a-Port and they seemed to be designed for round or square bars, but Im curious of my Thule Evolution 675-2100 if it will fit the Yakima RailGrab. Im skeptical with the round bar on a wide and square U-bolt.

The Evolution cargo cargo box mounting hardware can be used on the Yakima round bars. There may be a little slippage but because the box is attached at 4 places it will not go anywhere. The square u-bolts are also larger than the Thule square bars. I know its apples and oranges but for either bar you will have to expect a little movement.
