Can Cargo Carrier Be Added to Hollywood Racks HR1400Z-85 When Configured as a 4-Bike Rack

Is this Rack Set able to be used as 2 bike rack+ 2 bike rack+ cargo rack al together or separatedly? The price includes the 3 items 2 bike rack+ 2 bike rack add-on + cargo rack? For shipping purposes to with my import agent What are the dimensions of the package Lenght, Height, Depth?

The Hollywood Racks # HR1400Z-85 would include the 2-bike rack/cargo carrier plus the +2 bike add on. You can use the rack as a 4 bike rack or as a combination 2 bike rack/cargo carrier. You cannot add the basket and carry 4 bikes, because the basket won't fit on the end of the 2 bike add-on.
If it were somehow possible to add the basket onto rack when it's configured for 4 bikes, there'd be way too much leverage applied to the hitch which could damage the hitch or its attachment points to the vehicle.
The system ships in two different boxes. The 4-bike rack ships in a 36 inch long x 27 inch wide x 9 inch tall box that weighs 82 lbs. The cargo carrier ships in a 33 inch long x 13-1/2 inch wide x 21 tall box weighing 56 lbs.
