Question:
How much does this rack weigh? I am looking at transporting a Schwinn Graduate 150 scooter 213 lbs dry. I was told my 2000 VW Rialta motorhome hitch had a tongue weight of @ 200lbs surely a bit conservative. Thanks.

The weight of the Rage PowerSport Steel Motorcycle Carrier, # MX600, is 64 lbs. This carrier is to be used with a 2 inch receiver hitch, it will not work on a 1-1/4 inch hitch.
If you add the weight of this carrier (64 lbs.) and the weight of your Schwinn scooter (213 lbs.) it will total 277 lbs. This will be more than the tongue weight capacity of your hitch, so it is not recommended.
You will want to check the size of your receiver on your 2000 VW Rialta motor home and see if it is a 1-1/4 inch size or a 2 inch size.
The Class I 1-1/4 inch hitch will have a 200 lbs tongue weight capacity and the Class II 1-1/4 inch hitch will have a 350 lbs. tongue weight capacity. If it has a 2 inch size hitch then it will have a 500 lbs. tongue weight capacity. All of these capacities are typical for that class and size of hitch.
You will also want to check the owners manual or with the dealer for the maximum tongue weight capacity of your 2000 VW Rialta motorhome to make sure the tongue weight capacity is not exceeded.
If you have the Class I 1-1/4 inch hitch the scooter will be too heavy to transport on that size hitch.
