How to Wire Wesbar Replacement Trailer Tail Light Capsule # 403356

My capsule 102640 has 3 wires the replacement 403356 has 2. How do I wire it?

Actually, the Wesbar # 403356 replacement taillight capsule does have three wires, one of them is the white ground wire, which didn't show up too well in the main photo on the product description page. I've provided a photo for you that shows the ground wire a bit better.
The red wire is the turn/brake lamp, and the brown wire is the running light circuit. The white wire is grounded to the trailer frame or a metal part that's in direct contact with the trailer frame.
The replacement capsules are meant to work with # 403026 and # 403076 Wesbar Submersible Low Profile Lights.
