  For a similar style light to the glo brite you mentioned, I recommend using the Thinline LED Trailer Tail Light w/Reflector # STL69RRXB which has tail, turn and brake light functions. This light is 15" long and 1-5/8" wide; the mounting holes are 14-1/8" apart and will match the specs on your Glo Brite 9431-55-88.

  The two wires of the # STL69RRXB and # STL69RRXB which carry power for the light control two different illuminations. If you only needed one of them you could easily just not use the one not needed. The red wire controls the brighter illumination and the black wire the dimmer one. Most likely you'd want to use the red wire and then ground the white.

On the lamp, you can simply join the red and black wire from the lamp together and connect them to your 12-volt power source. The ground wire should be connected to the negative terminal of the battery you are using to provide 12-volt power to complete the circuit.   To install the Optronics Trailer Lights # STL69RRXB in the Chrome Base # A69RXCB you would need to feed the wires through the middle slot and then run mounting hardware through the holes on either side of the light and then through the bracket. The mounting holes are 15 inches apart and the light is 1-5/8 inches wide. Your current setup would need to match that for it to just bolt right up.
