Hello, neighbors. Steve here with etrailer.com. Folks, today we're looking together at our towing kit with ball mount and trailer wiring for your stealth hitches. Hidden Hitch receiver, two-inch ball for a two-inch by two-inch receiver shank. Now folks, this does complete the kit if you have the Stealth Hitch already, item number SH79QR for towing. And it's gonna fit a year 2020 through 2022 Tesla Model Y.
With that being said, please double check our fit guide here at etrailer.com. Top center of the homepage, enter things like year, make and model, body style, those kinda things to be sure you're getting the right parts the first time. Now folks, this detachable ball mount will again go into the hitch receiver tube on the hitch itself, and then it's gonna securely attach with this pin and clip here into there to eliminate most rattle and play. Now, this one just comes with a regular hitch pin and clip. You might wanna consider buying a lockable hitch pin and clip for that.
That's up to you just to kinda protect the investment. Now this ball mount has a nice black powder coat finish. And as you can see, I've got it in the rise position for that particular car. It looks like that's what you're gonna wanna have there. And I've just gotta loosely fit it together today.
The maximum gross trailer weight is 3,000 pounds or 3,500 pounds, and a two-inch ball here is the ball size. Now, this is not rated for weight distribution system, so don't try that. The ball hole shank diameter is one inch. You're gonna get the custom plug and play wiring that's gonna plug right into the back area per the instructions. And then you'll have this four-pin or four-round connection for your trailer.
You get a nice pull here where you can just push or pull out really easily. They give you an included magnet to help kinda fish some stuff through if you need to. And you also get this waterproof cap here to keep debris and moisture and stuff out. And you get some included zip ties to make sure all the wires are snug up in place.
