This order was shipped all together in one box with NO packing material. Eight of the twenty dust caps were damaged beyond repair because of poor shipping practices, and this is not the first time. Very frustrating

I have purchased from your company before but this will be the last time. I paid $47 for next day delivery. I order on Friday night so didn't expect it till Monday. But when I couldn't get any information on the a tracking number I called your company and spoke with a very condesending women that told me I didn't understand that even though your company was there and working on Saturday that they don't send it out till Monday if we ordered after 3pm. That's not next day. Also when we received the items there was no packing around the master cylinder pucks. They were rattling around in the box which scares the metal which is not good. Your employee needs to go to customer service classes.
