It is designed to fit 2000 to 2017 General Motor vehicles with the two liter, 2.2 liter, and the 2.4 liter inline four engines. And because it fits so many different vehicles, I do recommend for you to go to our website, use the fit guide, put in your year and model vehicle.
It'll show you if this'll work for your application. Now, this is a nice custom fit oil filter, replaces your vehicle's existing filter to help improve engine performance. This one is designed for use with synthetic oils. The filtration system removes contaminants from the oil to help keep your engine running efficiently, does offer a silicone anti drain back valve to help protect your engine during start-ups. And it is a replaceable cartridge designed to generate less waste.You can see it does also include this rubber O-ring to help seal the filter to prevent any leaking.
This is for a quantity of one single use filter. Now this filter is an exact replacement for the Wix part number of 57082XP the eco guard part number S5436. The Fram part number XG9018 or the Purolator filter number L15436. One last note on this, the manufacturer recommends changing your oil filter every 5,000 miles. We recommend to determine how often to change your filters to consult your vehicle's owner's manual, but that should do it for the review on the PTC custom fit synthetic oil filter..

I have a 2022 Subaru Ascent.With supply problems,Subaru has change the oil filters to a crappy cheap oil filter that may not have the fine qualities that the original Japanese oil filter has.

I cannot give a review on the filter as it is NOT the right one cor my car. The site stated it was, it might fit, but none of the numbers match and it is a lot shorter.

Exterior finish seems good but who knows what the internal quality is. It's made in China so I'm afraid it's "[low]" quality. No idea how filter media or internal check valve is. Hard to really tell how good oil filters are. There's no API rating, performance indication, and oil filtration is so important for an engine. Bought 2 of these for $[xx] to save $[xx] in shipping on larger order. Probably would have just paid shipping if I knew they were Chinese.

Although they are advertised as compatible with either conventional or synthetic oil, they appear to be lower quality than the K&N filters I have been using. Whereas I drive at least 5 or 6 thousand miles between oil changes I haven't decided whether I will use them.
Worked to replace original perfectly. Filter media seemed to be as robust as stock filter as well--we'll see in 500,000 miles or so...
