Today, we're going to review part number P10046. This is the Putco High Power 39 LED Luminex Curved Off-Road Light Bar. It has a 117 watts and it gives off a 15 degrees spot pattern. This part includes everything shown here on the table. It includes the light bar, the wiring harness, the illuminated switch, long and short mounting brackets and the installation hardware which is already attached on the end to install the brackets with and a nice set of instructions. It shows you how to hook everything up.

This is a curved, as you can see, a low profile LED light bar helps deliver bright focus light. The beam pattern it gives off is a 15 degrees spot beam and that's created by these chrome back focus lenses. It's a very slim design which will let you install this light bar in very tight spaces and as you can see, it has a curve to it. It's a 6-degree, 1-1/2 offset radius and that'll match the curve of your vehicle. This curve's bar will spread the light out for more peripheral lighting. It gives a very high quality light output from the single row of 39, 3-watt Nichia LEDs.

This light bar cab be turned on and off with a wireless remote if you prefer it. We do sell that separately. It's part number P8770F, that's sold on our website. They do use quality LEDs with a 50,000 hour lifespan. Few of the built in safeguards on this light bar is they have a thermal control chips which will help prevent LEDs from overheating and also has the over and under voltage protection which will keep the light bar operating at the correct voltage. It's a very durable, waterproof, conversion-resistant construction.

It has a black anodized billet aluminum housing which very light weight and rust proof. The mounting brackets are black powder-coat stainless steel. This will help resist corrosion. If you notice, these LEDs are actually fully potted to help protect the fragile components. They do have industry standard protection against dust and moisture. It's a very easy installation with these included parts.

You can basically light this . or mount the slide on your roof, behind your grill, on your bumper. It gives you a nice, rugged look on your vehicle. The two sets of adjustable mounting brackets, the tall and the short are all included. Basically, what you would do is just unscrew the very end there. Put that on just like that and then tighten it down and then install it to wherever you'd like on your vehicle. We do also sell some custom mounting brackets and they're listed on this product page as a related product that'll allow you to mount this behind your grill on your bumper, things like that. They are sold separately. Now, this wiring harness right here has the relay already in it. It has a three large wires coming out of it. This one with the three wires is what we'll connect to the illuminated switch which is included. Right here is an inline fuse holder with the connections for the power and the ground and then on the other side is the Deutsch connector. It has the industry standard Deutsch connector and what's nice about the Deutsch connector, it gives you a nice weather proof seal. It has a triple seal right around the connection point so when you go to plug this in to your light bar, it's very snug. When you push it in, it snaps into place. It gives you that nice weather proof seal. Then just to remove it, push it down on and snaps just like that. This part is made in the USA. A few aspects on this, again, it has 39 LEDs, 3 watts per LED so a total of 117 watts. The power draw on this light bar is 11 amps. Input voltage, 12 volts to 36 volts DC. Now, the operating temperature range on this is minus 100 degrees Fahrenheit to 180 degrees Fahrenheit. It does have a limited 2-year warranty. The light output, the brightness of this is 15,600 lumens and again, the beam is a narrow 15 degrees spot pattern. The color temperature that the light gives off is 6,000 degrees Kelvin. Just quick dimensions, the overall length on this is about 40-1/2 inches. It's about 1-1/2 inches tall and it's only about 3/4 inches deep. Now, what I'm going to do is we're going to hook this up. I got a 12-volt power supply here. We're going to turn off the lights to give you an idea of the brightness of the lights and then try to show it on the back wall to give you the pattern. What I'm going to do is let's first plug in the Deutsch connector. Go ahead and do that. Okay, with that plugged in, I'll tell what we're going to do. Let's go underneath so it doesn't get in our way. Go ahead and plug the Deutsch connector in. Then what I'm going to do is the three wires right here, the black, blue and red, they plug in to these three prongs right here and the directions will tell you all this. I'm just going to go over it briefly here, but basically, you number two, one, two and three. One is this one right here. Your red wire would go to one. Go ahead and plug that in. Your blue would go to the two. Just plug that one in. There we go and then the black will go at very end one. There we go. We got the switch all hooked up and show you how that works. Now, we're going to hook up the . As you can see, it has a 15-amp inline fuse. You got to make sure your fuse is in there. Then we'll take the red wire which is our power wire and go ahead and hook that up. There we go. Then we'll take out black wire, which is our ground wire and go ahead and hook that up also. Okay. Now, what I'm going to go ahead and do is turn on the 12-volt power. Let's turn it off. First, get you the lights off and that will give you a good idea here. Okay. Now with the lights off, we'll go ahead and push our switch. You can see the little red dot on the illuminated switch to let you know your lights are on and you can see it. I'll just go ahead and switch it off to give you an idea. Okay, we'll go ahead and switch it back on. Now, with it on, just to show you how bright it is, it gives off a very bright . You can see it as curved bar and then I'm going to rotate the surround and try to give you an idea on the back wall, the pattern. As you can see, it gives you a narrow 15-degree spot pattern, but it's a very bright, bright light, 117 watts. Again, just . There's a lot of rocker switch here. We'll go ahead and turn on our lights. Turn off our power, but that should do it for the review on part number P10046.
