Hopkins Winter Protection - Double-Sided Exterior Windshield Cover

It was so lite that when I unboxed the idem it blew half way across my yard, l purchase the cover for protection from the sun because l have no garage.
Iam going to reorder and purchase the better cover, the same as I purchase for my GMC truck some time ago, and it’s iust great1296070

I love my windshield covers. I use one on the front as well as the back window. They are quick and easy to install and they make cleaning the window after snow or ice so much quicker. I do, however, put the strap at the top. I found it keeps the cover snug at the top and stays in place better. 596774

This is a really great outside windshield cover. I just put it on last night before a snow storm hit overnight. Woke up this morning for work, and windshield was completely clear!! Saved a LOT of time. Snow AND ice free. It's not as big as I thought though. I have a Honda Accord and it didn't cover my wipers, but it's still a GREAT investment for Winter here!! I was skeptical about this product when I read the reviews. I used it once so far and am very pleased at the results. The cover covered my entire windshield (Ford F250) and kept both the snow and ice off. I also like the fact that etailer has "how to" videos on many of it's products. I expected this "one size fits all" product to be a little too big for my 1998 model Pontiac sedan windshield, but instead it is smaller than I would like. I cannot cover my entire windshield, so must make a choice between leaving the top 1/4 uncovered, bottom 1/4 uncovered or a portion of both the top and bottom uncovered... none of which is a great choice.

I love this windshield cover for snow and ice. Put it on before the winter storm comes and when you take it off after the storm the windshield is clean and wipers are not frozen to anything. No cleaning and scraping ice off of windshield anymore!! great product47617

This may look inexpensive, but it's actually works great. I have a Toyota Tacoma and it fits perfect, it also fits over my windshield wipers.860134

I have a Crosstrek, & although the fit is a little small, it is an excellent product. What I like is that it is easy to put on the windshield, and can be secured tightly. I would highly recommend this. The price is very reasonable, too.115674

Great product. My only complaint is that the elastic bands lose their tautness w/the passage of time. Perhpas a heavier gauge of elastic would resolve this issue.767554

Well, one of the straps came off and the silver coating has worn off in a couple of places, but it still keeps my windshield frost free for the most part!
