He expedited the process to get a new one shipped out once UPS had done their investigation. It's a very solid construction, and I am looking forward to our inaugural trip with the new camper this weekend.
Boxes was delivered to wrong house. Was posted on Facebook looking to me for deliver to come get. Box was heavy and broken open. Packing tape was used to cover holes in box. Not sure if I am missing parts a bag of nuts and bolts were taped to outside of box. No paperwork for assembly. Printed them off web sight. Box was wet and put in mud puddle. Not impressed!!
Package came VERY damaged in shipping lots of nicks and dings, paint wear on product. Package said it was delivered but did not receive until next day.
Jenny N - 03/24/2023This company has been CRAP. I ordered this hitch 8/25/22, it came missing 19 parts and the box was damaged and packed inside another box. I contacted etrailer and was working with someone for 1 month to get a replacement or the missing parts. When they stopped responding to me. I finally got another person to respond and I was told the original person no longer works for the company. I am starting the process all over.
They tell me this item comes from the manufacture and they can't provide parts; refunds; or shipping information for a return without the manufactures responding. The manufacture has not responded to etrailer in 2 months.
I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PRODUCT OR THIS RETAILER TO ANYONE.
Do not buy. Packaging sucks. Cardboard box falls apart and can’t be delivered twice. etrailer is horrible on reshipment and returns. Total pain in the ass. Customer service is horrible, etrailer just kept passing me off to the next person. Had to order same product from [online] but they reinforced the boxing. Actual hitch is awesome, just order from a reputable dealer.
etrailer carries a great selection of “all things trailers”. Having built several trailers previously I wish I had known about this company earlier. The explanation for each item was thorough and helpful. The order and delivery were were expedited quickly. Communication was fantastic. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND this company to anyone looking for trailer parts and for construction of same.

The product is fine it’s the way the container was wrapped with cardboard and tape and literally fell apart in the back of the UPS truck the worst packaging I’ve ever seen for a product!
I received what looked like a returned package that was missing 2 very important parts. Initially,upon contacting etrailer I received a “thanks for contacting us” email but when I followed up I received a “don’t call us, we’ll call you” email. 3 weeks later, no parts, no contact, zero customer service. Useless item without all it’s parts.
Katrina B - 08/19/2022I am very satisfied with the product and the timely manner that it was shipped to me. The only thing that wasn't good was the box the hitch was in when it arrived. Parts where missing so I could not finish the install.
Parts came a week later after.
Being the weight of the hitch, maybe put the hitch on a small pallet in a box might have help.
No nuts and bolts with package, very displeased. Teri was very helpful
Jenny N - 10/17/2022Just bought a new travel trailer and the dealer hooked this up to my truck/trailer. 60 mile ride home and it went very smooth. I haven't taken the truck/trailer off road yet but when I do I'll have extra peace of mind know the trailer weight is properly distributed and I have the anti-sway control. The dealer wanted to sell me one of their units that was exactly the same design but over twice as much money. Reese makes good quality towing products and I'm sure I'll be happy with this equipment.
Horrible experience. Bought hitch it arrives box destroyed and half parts missing. Returned it they shipped a replacement. Same thing box tore up. What do you expect when you ship a 100 pound hitch in a cardboard box? Very poor packaging
The box we received was torn and partially opened. All the bolts, pins are missing. This box was not a suitable grade box to ship this product.
Brooke M - 01/25/2023Horrible. My first order was lost and anew order was placed. When the new order came it had no instructions with it so I have no idea if I received all the parts to even assemble it properly. I also received a part that is not even used for a sway bar. And instructions for an unrelated part installation.
Jenny N - 07/08/2022Alright first off my review is based mainly off the packaging and delivery aspect. The weight it enough that it should NOT be packed in thin cardboard. My box was delivered after 3 attempts by UPS. The delivery driver rolled the box off his truck, already ripped out and full of holes. It was then drug thru my yard to my front door. I opened the package, which required no effort only to find everything scratched and all the hardware missing. Odd part is the hardware bags were inside but empty. I called etrailer immediately and spoke with Will. I explained it to him, emailed him pictures of the box and every part I actually received. He immediately told me to box it back up as best as I could and UPS would be picking it up and that they are sending me out a new one. Lets see how this goes as I have to drag a 36' travel trailer from ME to TX in 3 weeks.
We had great customer service. We went on our first trip pulling our camper and somehow a pin fell out and we lost a sway bar . Not sure if I am explaining the parts exactly what they are but I called in and spoke to Amy which went above her duties with nothing but pour niceness to help us . She was able to sent us another one with it having a time warranty and with one day shipping. After it was delivered to the campground she even sent a email letting me know it was delivered. She was very professional and followed through on everything she told me .
Works Great on my 20' trailer behind my truck camper using a 48" stinger. Super happy with it.
Easy installation, very happy with the quality of the Reese Anti-Sway hitch. Works great hauling our camper and took the sway out and we feel safer traveling now.
The packaging was awful. I had to go to my local UPS depot to pick it up, because they would not deliver it. The box was mangled and covered in packing tape. It was nowhere near sturdy enough to be shipping such a weighted material. All the pieces were loose and rolling around. I searched through as best I could to make sure that all the pieces were there. Hopefully when I go to put this together in the next day or so all the pieces are there.

Bullshit packing most of hardware bags busted open sliding around in box
When I received my order the box had been torn open and missing the hardware contacted etrailer they sent new hardware. Great company to do business with
Packaged terribly. Everything is scratched up and missing hardware. I’m not happy I spent over $XXX on something that is in the condition that it arrived in.
