We'll just press in on the locking tab, pull down. We'll take our tow ready wiring harness, we'll take the female end and plug it in this side here which goes towards the front of the vehicle.

Here's what it looks like once it's installed. This is going to give you a nice four pole flat trailer connector with the weather tight cap. This will work with a factory seven pole 00:00:26 installed, or you can just put it in place of the seven way and have a four flat. What's best about this system is you're not going to have to splice any wires. To install it you're just going to plug it into a factory location that's already got power and all the lights.
