  • How Does B&W Trailer Hitch Mount to a 1975 Chevy 1-Ton Dually Pickup Truck
  • On B&W trailer hitch # BWHDRH25122 the mounting brackets are oriented the same for all applications. The tabs point in but attach to the bottoms of the frame rails. The customer submitting photo appears to have some other component installed. The upper brackets in that picture are not part of the hitch assembly. They appear to be bumper brackets.   • If your truck has the standard bumper, I'd recommend the Draw-Tite Class III hitch, part # 75034. If you have the deep drop bumper, use the Draw-Tite # 41504. I've linked you to an FAQ article that explains the difference between the standard and deep drop bumper. If you need to install a 4 pole trailer connector, use # 118311. You might also need a ball mount like # 2753, a 1-7/8 inch trailer ball like #19261 or a 2 inch trailer ball like part # 63845.

  • We have not yet had the opportunity to install the Draw-Tite hitch # 75129 on a vehicle so I do not have a picture. But I do have the instructions that shows where on the frame the hitch installs. I have included a link to the installation instructions for you. If you plan on doing some towing, I recommend the etrailer Ball Mount Kit, # 989900. It comes with 2 ball mounts, 2 balls, a hitch pin with clip, and a carrying bag.   • I do have a solution for you. However, the Draw-Tite Class III hitch # 75129 is the only confirmed hitch that will fit a 1975 Chevrolet Blazer. There are no custom-fit Class IV or V hitches for this model vehicle. The Curt Class V Universal Weld-On Receiver Hitch, # 15901, may be an option for your 1975 Blazer.   • As long as your 1975 Chevrolet Crew Cab Pickup has the original, or same as original wheels, you can use the Namsco Wheel Covers, # NA7160U0. These covers were designed for Dodge, Ford E-Series and GM chassis with 16 inch or 16-1/2 inch, 8-lug dually wheels with 4 hand holes. I have attached a short video for you.
