Right below that we'll have our Draw-Tite that's also a Class 3. Then finally at the bottom we'll have our CURT, again a Class 3 hitch. Today on our 2011 Dodge Grand Caravan, we'll be taking a look at the WeatherTech front floor mats in black, part number WT444211. This is also available in tan, part number WT454211, and in grey, part number WT464211. Now here we have our floor mat installed in our driver's side. All along the bottom, you'll our channels down here that are going to help divert dirt, debris and liquid away from our corners so it doesn't get off of our liner and onto our carpet. We're also going to have a raised edge, which will help keep that dirt, debris and liquid off of our carpet as well. Our floor mat is going to be perfectly contoured to our vehicle. It reaches up under our dash and extends up underneath our gas and brake pedals to give as much coverage as possible.



MaxxTow Hitch Cargo Carrier Review - 2011 Dodge Grand Caravan

Today on our 2011 Dodge Grand Caravan we're doing a test fit of the MaxxTow 48 by 21 cargo carrier. That part number is MT70422. Now this is designed to work with 2" hitches and it has a weight capacity of 500 pounds. Although it does have a very high weight capacity, it's made out of a lightweight aluminum so it's easy to insert and take out of your hitch. The first thing we're going to do is take a few measurements. Starting with our ground clearance, we're going to have about 10-3/4". Overall to our vehicle we're going to have about 26".



Stromberg Carlson Hitch Cargo Carrier Review - 2011 Dodge Grand Caravan

Today on our 2011 Dodge Grand Caravan we're doing a test 00:00:03 of the Stromberg Carlson 23 by 60 cargo carrier. That part number is CC-100. Now this is designed to work with two inch hitches and has a weight capacity of 500 pounds. Although it does have a pretty high weight capacity it is light weight something 00:00:18 you need to insert and take out of your hitch. We're going to start off with our ground clearance. It's going to be about nine and a half inches.



Trailer Wiring Harness Installation - 2011 Dodge Grand Caravan

Today on our 2011 Dodge Grand Caravan, we're going to install part number C56150. This is the Curt T-Connector Vehicle Wiring Harness with a 4-Pole Flat Trailer Connector. All right to start off our install, we need to go ahead and open up the back hatch. To remove the taillight there will be two screws that we have to remove, you need to use a T30 Torx bit. Rock the light back and forth and pull it back and you can release it. All right, we now need to go ahead and remove the wire harness from the taillight. Press down on this tab right here to release it from the wire harness.



Thule AeroBlade Traverse Roof Rack Installation - 2011 Dodge Grand Caravan

Today on our 2011 Dodge Grand Caravan well be test fitting the Thule Aeroblade Traverse Roof Rack System using part numbers THARB60, TH480R and THKIT1043. With our roof rack system assembled according to the instructions, well begin our test fit by opening both of the side doors. Well take our front bar and place it towards the front part of our roof. To ensure that we have this bar in the correct location, we need to measure 27-1/2 inches from the leading edge of the windshield to the closest point of our foot pack. Well do this measurement for both sides of the vehicle to ensure that our feet are in line with each other. Once we have the bar in place, we can use the included tool to tighten our clamps around our roof line.



Thule Sonic XXL Rooftop Cargo Box Review - 2011 Dodge Grand Caravan

Today, on our 2011 Dodge Grand Caravan, well be test fitting the Thule Sonic XXL Rooftop Cargo Box, measuring 22 cubic feet in metallic silver, part number TH636S. With the Thule Aeroblade roof-rack system assembled on to our vehicle, well begin our test fit by placing the Sonic directly on to our load bars. Since the feet are already hanging out at the bottom of the box, we can adjust them as necessary to fit around to our load bars while pacing the box on to our roof-rack. Once we have it situated the way we like, we can open the passenger side of the box and tighten the two clamps on this side by tightening our hand knobs. When you hear a clicking or ratcheting sound, youll know that your clamps are tight. One of the great features of this box, is its ability to open from either side of the vehicle.



Thule Sonic Medium Rooftop Cargo Box Review - 2011 Dodge Grand Caravan

Today on our 2011 Dodge Grand Caravan, we'll be test fitting the Thule Sonic Medium rooftop cargo box, measuring 13 cubic feet, in glossy black, part number TH634B. With the Thule AeroBlade roof rack system assembled onto our vehicle, we'll begin our test fit by placing the Sonic directly onto our load bars. Since the feet are hanging out of the bottom of box, we can adjust them as necessary to fit around our load bars while placing the box onto our roof rack. Once we have the box situated the way we like, we can open the passenger side of the box and use the hand knobs to tighten our feet around our load bars. When you hear a clicking or ratcheting sound, you'll know that the clamps are tight. One of the great features of the Thule Sonic is its ability to open from either side of the vehicle.

This is the Convert-A-Ball Cushion Ball Mount with a two and three-quarter inch rise or four inch drop, rated at 10,000 pounds. To begin well need to take a measurement to find out what our receiver hitch height is. To do this well measure from the top of the receiver tube opening to the ground, which in this case is 12 inches. Keep in mind this measurement may change depending on tire size or vehicle height. We can now go ahead and insert our ball mount shank into the hitch, line up the hitch pin hole and insert our hitch pin.



Convert-A-Ball Ball Mount with 2 Inch Drop Review - 2011 Dodge Grand Caravan

Today on our 2011 Dodge Grand Caravan well be testing part number AMSC2. This is the Convert-A-Ball Cushion Ball Mount with a two inch drop or three-quarter inch rise. To remove our tail light we have these two fasteners to remove. To remove our wire harness there's a little red lock we have to remove, then there's a tab at the bottom you squeeze, then it comes apart. And I'll repeat the same process for the passenger's side. Alright, now we can start installing the wire harness.

Today, on our 2011 Dodge Grand Caravan, well be installing part number WT461414.This mat also comes in two other colors; tan part number WT451414 and black part number WT441414.Well begin by simply removing the old or factory floor mat from the vehicle. Well simply lay the new cargo liner down into place working around the second row seats and back into the third row. UWS Aluminum Cargo Carrier Review - 2011 Dodge Grand Caravan

Today on our 2011 Dodge Grand Caravan, well be test fitting the UWS Aluminum Cargo Carrier for 2-inch hitches, part number UWS03511.With our vehicle equipped with the 2-inch hitch, were ready to go ahead and install our cargo carrier. Well simply slide the cargo carrier shank into the hitch, line up the hitch pinhole, and insert our hitch pin. Well then come back and put on the safety clip on the other side of the hitch pin, and with that our cargo basket is secured to the vehicle and were ready to go ahead and load it up.With our cargo basket secured, well go ahead and give you a few measurements. From the closest point of the basket to the back of the vehicle is 1 inches. The cargo basket will add an additional 24 inches overall length to the vehicle and 9 inches of ground clearance from the back of the basket. Well now go ahead and try to open the cargo door.



Surco Folding Hitch Cargo Carrier Review - 2011 Dodge Grand Caravan

Today on our 2011 Dodge Grand Caravan, we'll be test fitting the Pro Series Hitch Cargo Carrier Product number 5800200. With our vehicle equipped with the 2-inch hitch and our cargo carrier pre assembled we're ready to go ahead and fit it to the vehicle. We'll simply insert the cargo carriers shank into the hitch, we'll light up the hitch pin hole and insert our anti-rattle bolt. With our anti-rattle bolt snug, we can go ahead and tighten it down with a wrench. And with our anti-rattle bolt tight we can put in our safety pin on the other side of the bolt, now our cargo basket is secured. We'll go ahead and open the cargo door and see about gaining access to the cargo area. The cargo door will open fully although we can only get to the corners of the cargo area.



Husky Rear Floor Liner Review - 2011 Dodge Grand Caravan

Today our 2011 Dodge Grand Caravan well be test fitting the Husky Liner for the second row, product number HL19081 in black. This liner also comes in tan, product number HL19083.
