If you have a factory tow package with a seven-way plug, this Tekonsha right here is going to plug directly in the back of that seven-way plug and then plug into your existing wiring. If you don't have a factory tow package, you're going to look for plugs like this.

Tonno Pro Lo-Roll Soft Tonneau Cover Installation - 2007 Chevrolet Colorado

Speaker 1: Today on our 2007 Chevrolet Colorado, we're going to be taking a look at and showing you how to install the Tonno Pro Lo-Roll Soft Tonneau Cover. Part number TPLR-1020.This custom fit tonneau cover is a very inexpensive way to help protect the cargo in the back of your truck from the elements. Your cover is going to be constructed of a durable, double sided, marine grade vinyl, similar to boat seats. So, it's going to resist tearing, UV rays, mold and mildew. While keeping your cargo dry, it's also going to stay looking nice with everyday use. You're going to have hook and loop strips along each side. Along with rubber seals along the bulkhead and the tailgate to help channel water away from the bed of the truck.

Best 2007 Chevrolet Colorado Hitch Options

Speaker 1: Today on our 2007 Chevrolet Colorado, we'll be having a look at our best hitch options. On the top, we have a Draw-Tite Class III, part number 75607, and on the bottom we have a Curt Class III, part number 13252.Now, one of the biggest difference that we found between our two hitches here today is in regards to weight capacity. Our Draw-Tite hitch here at the top has a 600-pound max gross tongue weight rating and a 6,000 pound max gross trailer weight rating, whereas our Curt hitch has a 400 pound max gross tongue weight rating and a 4,000 pound max gross trailer weight rating. Now, both of these hitches do support the use of weight distribution. However, on our Draw-Tite hitch here, when we're using weight distribution on our trailer, our max gross tongue weight rating increases to 750 pounds and our max gross trailer weight rating increases to 7,500 pounds. Our Curt hitch, however, our max gross tongue weight rating only steps up to 600 pounds, and our max gross trailer weight rating only steps up to 6,000 pounds. So, when using weight distribution with the Curt hitch, its capacities are the same as the Draw-Tite hitch when not using weight distribution. What this means is the Draw-Tite hitch is a more capable hitch when it comes to towing a trailer or using a cargo carrier that has a heavy load on it.
