Bargman Fifth Wheel and Gooseneck Wiring Harness Installation - 2017 Ford F-350 Super Duty

Speaker 1: Today, on our 2017 Ford F350, we're going to be taking a look at and showing you how to install the Bargman fifth wheel and gooseneck 90 degree wiring harness, part number 50-97-410-010.Here's what our wiring looks like installed. Now, it's going to give us a seven way RV connector inside of our truck bed, so we can easily hook up our fifth wheel or gooseneck trailer. Our wiring's going to have a plastic housing with a spring-loaded door, with a nice seal on the inside to keep out any moisture and debris from getting inside the connector. Our wiring kit's going to come with aluminum screws. That way, just like in our application, new trucks that have aluminum beds won't have to worry about the steel on aluminum contact creating corrosion. We're going to have the aluminum screws going into aluminum, so we won't have to worry about that. And even though we have the seven way in the bed, we're still going to retain our factory seven way at the back, and we're not going to lose that connection. Our kits not going to require any cutting or splicing. The only thing it is going to require is that you have a factory seven way at the back of your truck, or you have the tow package.

Fifth Wheel and Gooseneck Wiring Harness Installation - 2016 Ford F-350

Today on our 2016 Ford F-350 we're going to show you how to install the Draw Tite fifth wheel gooseneck wiring harness for vehicles with the seven pull factory tow connector. Part number 20110. To prepare our truck we want to get our spare tire down and out of the way. The first thing we need to do is determine where we're going to be mounting our seven pull plug here in the bed of the truck. We've decided to go with the middle rib here coming up from the bed. You can tuck it away a little bit more, but I'd watch for interference from this hook if you had something tied down.

Fifth Wheel and Gooseneck Wiring Harness Installation - 2015 Ford F-350

Today on our 2015 Ford F350 Super Duty Crew Cab, we're going to be installing the Draw-Tite 5th Wheel and Gooseneck Wiring Harness with a 7-Pole, part number 20110. Now before we get our installation, we've already going ahead and remove the spare tire down out of the way. While it's not 100% necessary to do that, it does give you a little more working room and to make things a little bit easier for routing your wire. We're going to take our factory plug here, we're going to squeeze it on the tab on the backside. Get the plug loose, you see right up here on top of the hitch, the wiring is actually connected to the hitch so we're going to go ahead and remove the wiring here. So we have a little more slack with our wiring. Next we're going to need to undo the wiring from the back of the factory 7 and 4-way plug.
