DeeZee Round Nerf Bars Installation - 2005 Chevrolet Silverado

Today on our 2005 Chevrolet Silverado, we're going to show you Dee Zee Nerf Bars, part number DZ371523. We've got them installed on our passenger side of our truck, so let's go ahead and cover some of the features. First off, this is a polished stainless steel finish. The diameter of the tube is going to be about three inches. You can see it has a 90 degree turn, and this is inaudible 00:00:23 bent, which means that the tube has a smooth bend all the way around. No kinks or anything like that. The step plates here are constructed from the heavy duty plastic, one half for our extended cab here and of course, the other one for the front of our cab. more

DeeZee Running Board Installation - 2007 Chevrolet Express Van

Today on our 2007 Chevy Express Van, were going to install the Deezee Running Boards, part number DZ1030. Now on either end, were going to go ahead and take the mud flap and attach it to the bright thread using the provided hardware. more

Pilot Tube Step Installation - 2010 Chevrolet Silverado

Today on this 2010 Chevy Silverado, were gonna install part number NB-1109x from Pilot. Our attachment points are on the body bolts on this vehicle and there are three of them as theyre shown here.Next step is well go ahead and layout our parts. We have a short bracket that goes on the front and then the long bracket that stays in the center and then a tall bracket that goes in the back.So well go ahead and loosen up the body bolts. You want to do this by hand first because some of the models have a thread locker on there and an air ratchet could break the nut inside the body. When we take the bolts out, you wanna prepare the stock bolts to the bolts that come with the kit. Some models have a thicker bolt. If thats the case, go ahead and use the factory bolts. more
