And since it does tie into our factory fuel tank, we can either increase the overall capacity of our truck's fuel system, or we can close the valve off and use this as an auxiliary tank. So whether you're using it around the farm or the job site, you could even put a pump in here. It's gotta get both things done. DeeZee Truck Bed Auxiliary Tank Installation - 2008 Ford F-450 Super Duty- Video
Today on our 2008 Ford F-450, we're gonna take a look at and also show you how to install the Dee Zee truck bed auxiliary tank. Now to make our installation go a lot easier, we're also gonna be using the Dee Zee connector kit. This is part number DZ97960. Here's what our auxiliary tank's gonna look like once we have it installed in the vehicle. As you can see, the aluminum diamond plate finish gives it a really, really nice look, but it's also gonna keep it corrosion-resistant, not gonna have to worry about rusting and things like that. Now, they've designed this tank to be very effective at what it does, hauling auxiliary fuel for your pickup truck. more

Right here is the UWS crossover style toolbox, and we're gonna be taking a look at it on my dad's 2013 Chevrolet Silverado. The UWS toolbox comes with a set of keys, so when it's locked, no one's gonna be able to get in it, so all your stuff's gonna stay in there. But then when we unlock it, just like that, it's very, very easy to open it up from the side, and there's only gonna be a lock on the driver's side. Usually I put all my tools in there and then whenever I'm ready to rip, I walk around, lock it up, and then get in the truck and go. So there's only gonna be a locking core on that side, which is totally fine with me. And you can close it from the outside of your truck really easily. more

What's up everybody It's AJ with etrailer.com. Today, we're gonna be checking out this UWS Truck Bed Toolbox, it's gonna be a low-profile design with a crossover style as well, and we're putting it on this 2020 Ford F-150. Let's check it out. I wanna explain why I talked about the low-profile design, it's gonna be what the box adds to the top of your truck bed rails, it's gonna be about three inches it's gonna add, and if you look through the back glass of the F-150, you can see it's underneath the seat and the headrest, so it's not gonna impede your view in the rear view mirror at all. Now, for the crossover design, that's gonna be this gap here underneath the box, it means the box doesn't go all the way down to the bed of the truck, so there's room to throw a cargo and slide it in here and still close the tailgate, that way, you don't sacrifice your whole bed by putting a toolbox in there. Now, where this one measures out, it's gonna be about 9 1/2 inches of space there, because we have a bed mat in the truck, so it's taken up a little bit of that space. more

UWS Truck Bed Toolbox Review - 2020 Ford F-150- Video
What's up everybody It's AJ with etrailer.com. Today, we're gonna be checking out this UWS Toolbox, and that's gonna be a crossover style and low profile, and then we're gonna put it in our 2020 Ford F-150. By the way, I'm gonna explain what I meant by the low profile, it means it's only gonna come up about three inches from your bed rails, which means if you look at the backseat, it's still under the seat and the headrest, so it's not gonna impede your vision in the rear view mirror, and if you look down, crossover style means the toolbox didn't go all the way down to the truck bed, that means you can still fit objects underneath here and close the tailgate, so you don't sacrifice your whole bed by putting a toolbox in. The space down here is gonna be 9 3/4 inches, and now that is with a truck bed mat in there that's taken up quite a bit of space there, so it's gonna take away from that gap, but that's still plenty of room to fit a ladder or some lumber under here and still use your truck bed. We're gonna have two latches, there's gonna be one on the driver's side, one on the passenger's side. The one on the driver's side actually locks up, so you can lock up all your tools when you're not around. more

What's up everybody It's AJ with etrailer.com Today we're gonna be checking out this UWS crossover style deep tool box on our 2013 RAM 2500. Now this is gonna be labeled a deep crossover style toolbox which means there is a little bit of a gap there between the bed and the bottom of the toolbox. It's about four inches from the raised portion of the bed. Now that might work with some lumber or some thinner things to slide under there but as you can see our small utility step ladder didn't quite fit under there. Just want to give you a good idea of how much space you have. Looking at the box you have two latches one on the passenger side, one on the driver's side. more

Just so you know, it's about three inches from the top of our rails and it is a crossover style so we are gonna have a little bit of room underneath if you'd like to haul some longer stuff. And it works out for a five and a half bed pretty good. Especially for that longer gear. more

It's gonna be great for going in the back of your truck, we have it on a 2013 Ram 2500 today, and you can see how the crossover style works, it doesn't go all the way down to the bed, it leaves space for longer cargo, so it can still go in your bed and shut the tailgate. What's up everybody, it's AJ with etrailer.com. Today we're checking out this UWS crossover style toolbox and this is gonna be on a 2013 Ram 2500. It doesn't give you as much space at the bottom as some of the other crossover design ones do but it's gonna be a deep angle design. So you can see the angles I'm talking about there on either side, which is gonna give you better access to the tie down points here towards the front of your truck. Now we're talking about the space at the bottom. Let's go ahead and get that measurement now, get it outta the way. more
