Generally, you're gonna use the red reflectors for the rear to increase your visibility, and in turn, increase your safety. So, let's take a closer look at 'em and see how they work for us. Easy installations are always awesome. You can use the included self-adhesive strip, or you can support it in using fasteners going into the metal, just making sure that you have it permanently attached, and it's just a real easy way to increase your visibility and upgrade your camper. These types of reflectors are something that you can do to replace damaged ones, or you can add it to your trailer or camper just to increase your visibility. Generally, amber is gonna be pointed towards the front. So let's go ahead and show you how these go on. Each reflector is gonna have a self adhesive backing that's gonna allow you to just press it right into position, and you're gonna have holes, so you can use self-tapping screws or create new holes for 'em to give that extra security. more

A Closer Look at the Optronics Smoke Lens Identification Light Bar in Red- Video
This is Ed here with etrailer.com, and we're taking a look at the Optronics ID marker light for your trailer in clear smoked. You can take a look at the appearance of this guy and think, hey, you know, it looks cool, but I'm gonna need to be able to have those three marker lights. Now just by tapping it onto my battery here, you can see that we're gonna have a lot of visibility, so let's take a closer look and see what's special about it. The bar is right at 15 inches and your holes are gonna be a little bit over 14 inches away in spacing. What's really impressive about it is the process that Optronics uses when they're creating their dial lights. You can see that this guy right here is sonically sealed, so that means that's not glue that's going to eventually dry out. more

Hi, everybody, Andy here with etrailer.com. And today, we're gonna take a look at this submersible LED trailer license plate light. Now, this three quarter-inch diameter round waterproof trailer light illuminates your license plate when mounted with the required bracket. And I do have this connected to 12-volt power, and lemme just give you a brief demonstration of what this looks like lit up. The LEDs, of course, make great replacement for incandescent lights. They last 50 times longer and they're more efficient and they provide brighter light with less power output. more

Now this is a one and 1/16 inch diameter LED light that can be both a side marker and a clearance light. It is a PC-rated light, so it is equally visible from the front and the side. A Closer Look at the Optronics Mini LED Trailer License Plate Light- Video
How's it going, neighbors This is Ed here with etrailer.com, and today we're gonna take a look at the Optronics mini LED replacement trailer light. Optronics does a really good job of creating a solid product with quality LEDs. These guys are gonna basically be a dual mini LED, and you can see those diodes right here through the clear plastic. You're gonna receive a gasket, and you're gonna have the two leads coming off the rear. This is non-submersible, so you don't want this for your boat trailer. However, if you just need to swap out your license plate light like this, it's just two wires, two screws, two inches apart. more

It is a submersible light, and it's obviously a round shape and amber lens. Now folks, the LED trailer light functions as both a clearance and side marker, because it's what's called a PC-rated. So a PC-rated light basically produces a 90-degree angle of light to either side of its center line. And that's gonna give you a total of 180 degrees of coverage. more

So folks, as you can see, I've got a light up here already, and it will obviously just come like this and then you just have to wire it up whenever you get it to your trailer. Very simple installation, and obviously it's gonna give you amber color. I will go ahead and shut off my overhead lights so we can get a better view of this in the dark. So as you can see, it gives off a nice glow, thus the GloLight name. more

Hey guys, it's Jake here with etrailer. Today we're gonna be taking a look at, and I'm gonna go over some of the cool features on the Optronics 17 foot long LED white light strip. Now, right off the bat, these LED lights, you can use them virtually anywhere that you have a 12-volt source nearby. You'll notice I've got 'em in the bed of my truck, and that's kind of what we're gonna be talking about more today because me, specifically, the problem I was having, I've got this rack on here. And at night, it really limited the amount of visibility I had on my bed. Even though it has these three slots every six inches or so, the cargo lights on the top of my cab, one, first off, one is burnt out. more

It's gonna be waterproof because of this, and the lens is submersible. The LEDs are gonna make it a great replacement versus changing out the incandescent lights, which we all know over bumps in time just tend to go out faster. more
