Now, this grade five nine sixteenths of an inch in diameter shackle bolt is used to mount a double eye spring inside a front or rear hanger on your trailer's leaf springs suspension. This is going to work with the lock nut identified by the item number that you see there on your screen and you can just take that number and put it in the search field of our website and that will take you to that lock nut if you are also in need of that. And just to give you some overall dimensions of this bolt so you can be confident that this is going to work for you, I'm including a diagram on the screen that's going to show virtually every dimension that you're going to need. Review of CE Smith Trailer Leaf Spring Suspension - U Bolt Plates - CES95FR- Video
Hi everybody, Andy here with etrailer.com. Let's take a brief look at these U-bolt plates. These U-bolt plates are gonna use two nine sixteens of an inch in diameter U-bolts, which are sold separately, to attach your three inch in diameter trailer axle to your one and three quarter inch wide leaf springs. These are made here in the USA and let me go ahead and come around to the front of my table and give you some overall measurements, beginning with the overall length. Lining that up, as you can see, we're sitting right at five and seven eighths inches long and then the overall width, we're sitting right at three and three quarters inches wide and then on those holes I'm gonna be measuring inside of hole to inside of hole, so in between those holes, as you can see we are sitting right at three and one sixteenths inches in between the holes lengthwise and then in between the holes, looking at the width, look like we're sitting right at one and eleven sixteenths inches in between those holes, inside to inside and as I mentioned at the beginning of our time together, the bolt hole diameter is nineteenths of an inch and that's gonna wrap up our brief look today. This is gonna weld onto your trailer frame and provide the attachment point for your leaf springs. Hello, neighbors. It's Brad here at etrailer, and today, we're taking a look at installing the MORryde AllTrek Equalizer System on a 2020 Keystone Montana. Now, here's what they're gonna look like installed, and this is going to be a great pretty easy upgrade to install that's gonna give you a lot better suspension because of the ability to have a little bit more travel, and that just means a better towing experience overall. Now our previous equalizer here, you can see that it does have rubber, and that's gonna allow this to kind of move up and down and have that cushion. These are pretty loose here, which is fine. It does have that movement, and it needs to remember about I'd say an inch and a half. more

And as this moves up and down, it's going to be nice and even it's not going to be sloppy and you're going to get more of that suspension travel which allows your suspension to move a little bit more giving you a better ride overall. more

Today we're gonna take a look at the replacement nine 16ths inch diameter by three and three eighths inch long wet shoulder bolt for the MORryde Suspension Upgrade kits. This is for a quantity of one bolt. Now this part here will replace a wet shoulder bolt on your MORryde suspension upgrade kit. And the wet shoulder bolt is basically a bolt that has this grease circ fitting on the end that you'll attach your grease gun to and allows you to pump grease through the bolt and it comes out this hole right here and it allow you to lubricate this connection point after this bolt is installed. Now this part here will work with the MORryde Correct Track Suspension Upgrade kits, the MORryde LRE Leaf Spring Suspension upgrade kits and the MORryde RE Suspension Upgrade kits. more

Hello neighbors, it's Brad here at etrailer and today we're taking a look and installing the MORryde AllTrek 4000 Equalizer on 2018 Keystone Outback Toy Hauler. Now your standard equalizer is just kind of a metal piece that transfers from the shackles on your leaf springs. So as one kind of goes up it'll kind of even it out and keep it equal. Well, what if you could add a little bit of cushion here to just soften up a little bit of blow And that's what the AllTreks gonna do. It is gonna allow for 4 inches of suspension travel. You have this rubber here that's 40% more than a typical equalizer that has rubber and it also has some nice brass sleeves here for our new wet bolts. more

Hello, everybody, this is Jeff at etrailer.com. Today, we're gonna take a look at the Dexter Heavy-Duty Suspension Kit for the tandem axle trailers with the 1 3/4 inch wide double eye springs. Now, this suspension kit will include the equalizers and all the hardware for attaching four leaf springs to the hangers on your trailer's frame. This does work with the 1 3/4 inch wide double eye springs and with tandem axle trailers with 33 inch axle spacing. Now, the hangers are not included, we do sell those separately on our website, and they're usually listed on this product page as related product. This part will include everything laid out here on the table, and we're gonna go through all these pieces. more

Review of MORryde Trailer Leaf Spring Suspension - Shackle Links - MR58ZR- Video
Hello, everybody, this is Jeff at etrailer.com. Today, we're gonna take a look at this MORryde Suspension Upgrade Kit for tandem axle trailers with the OEM or the Correct Track system and 2 1/4 inch long shackles. Now, this heavy-duty shackle kit is an excellent upgrade for your RV's suspension. Again, the application for this kit is tandem axle trailers with either the OEM or the Correct Track suspension system and the shackles are 2 1/4 inches long. This will also work on the MORryde SRE 4000 and CRE 3000 systems. But basically, the shackle here, these are 1/2 inch thick shackle brackets, which are a lot thicker and stronger, and they're more durable than the standard only 1/4 inch thick factory brackets. more

Hello everybody, this is Jeff at etrailer.com. Today I'm gonna take a look at this Dexter bronze bushing. It's for a quantity of one. Now these bushings are designed for use with your trailer suspension system. Basically, they'll insert into the eye of a leaf spring or an equalizer to ensure proper sizing for your suspension bolts. Now one thing I did wanna mention is in 2018, Dexter has changed the material of these bushings, to an iron graphite bronze material. more

Review of RV Ride Control Trailer Leaf Spring Suspension - Alignment and Lift Kits - RR55QX- Video
Hello, everybody, this is Jeff at etrailer.com. Today, we're gonna take a look at the Correct Track Trailer Alignment and Lift Kit for triple axle trailers and RVs. Now, the application for this kit is triple axle trailers and RVs that have the double eye leaf spring suspensions. Basically, these newer trucks are being built to ride higher, so that means that your trailer may have to be raised to match that height. So if the two aren't the same height at the connection point, the nose of your trailer or your RVs going to ride too high, and the result of that will put too much weight on the rear of your trailer, which could result in poor handling and may eventually cause damage. This Correct Track Kit here helps solve that problem by lifting your trailer or RV either 1 1/4 inches or 2 1/4 inches, which will provide a nice level towing set up for your taller trucks. more

Again, the application for this is single axle trailers and RVs, with double-wide leaf spring suspension. Now newer trucks are being built to ride higher, so that'll mean that your trailer may have to be raised to match that and if the two aren't the same height at the connection point, the nose of your trailer RV's going to ride too high and that'll end up putting too much weight on the rear of your trailer, which could result in poor handling and may eventually even cause damage. Hello everybody, this is Jeff at etrailer.com. Today we're gonna take a look at the three inch long, 9/16 diameter Zinc Shackle Bolt with the locknut for your trailer leaf springs. Now, this 9/16 diameter shackle bolt is used to mount your leaf spring to your trailer's front or rear suspension hanger, and this part will include the locknut that secures the bolt to the hanger. Both these parts are a corrosion resistant zinc finish. This is for a quantity of one bolt and one locknut. Now, few dimensions, we'll start with the bolt itself, we mentioned the diameter on this, it's gonna be right at 9/16 of an inch. more

We have MORryde's SRE 4000 Suspension Upgrade Kit with crossmember. So let's take a closer look at the MORryde system here. This is mounted on our camper right now, though, this does have the additional upgraded hardware kit and this is something I recommend as well because with this kit you're going to get a heavier duty shackle.
