So your kit is gonna have a pre-installed 1 and 7/8 inch ball with a chrome finish on it, and that's gonna work out pretty well. So folks, just an impressive, neat looking, very beautiful aluminum ball mount with dual ball platform. So the two-and-five-sixteenths or the two inch, depending on if you're using the rise or drop, you can also flip that head unit over as well by simply pulling the pins here, removing the two pins and sliding this unit off and then simply inverting it to either a very big drop or a taller rise, whatever you need for your needs. Now I'm gonna put it somewhere in here just because it helps sit on the table a little bit better as you can see, but you get the point. There are two options here on the back for a hitch pin and clip that is not included, you would need to purchase that separately. more

Now this shock absorbing adjustable ball mount is going to slide into your two inch trailer hitch receiver and give you six stacked two inch receivers that you see right here. So you can hook up your trailer to your tow vehicle with the included two inch or 2 5/16 inch hitch ball, or you can tow a trailer that has a lunette ring on it using the 2 5/16 inch hitch ball paired with the included pintle lock here. This ball mount will fit right into your two inch receiver and it includes a 2 5/16 ball hitch. This ball hitch is rated for 7,500 pounds of gross trailer weight, and it has a rating of 750 pounds of tongue weight. And that's just the amount of weight pushing down on your ball hitch. So the hitch itself has a nice black powder coat, and then underneath that powder coat, it has an e-coating. more

A Closer Look at the Gen-Y Camo Adjustable 2-Ball Mount- Video
Hi everyone, Aiden here with etrailer. Today we're gonna be taking a look at this Gen-Y Dual Adjustable Ball Mount for 2" hitches with the Mossy Oak Camo finish. For those points of adjustment, you're gonna have these stacked receiver tubes and they're gonna be at that standard 2" by 2" inner diameter. We'll talk about those a little bit later, but at the very bottom you get a maximum drop of up to 5". For the two different balls to choose from, you've got your 2-5/16" up top and your 2" on the bottom that you can switch between. They will give you slightly different weight capacities, though, so with the bigger size, you've got a 16,000 pound gross trailer weight rating. more

It's gonna be a really nice option for a lightweight adjustable ball mount, and this is going to be their largest drop size, coming in with a maximum drop of nine and a half inches. If you don't need something this extreme, like today where our truck is stock height, and this is definitely gonna be a little bit too much, you can check out their other versions, which feature seven and a half, five and a half or three and a half inch drops. But let's get started and check this one out. Now the reason we're checking out this larger drop size on its own and I don't have the other ones, is because this is gonna give you a slightly reduced weight capacity. more
