Hey guys, it's Jake here with Etrailer. Today we're gonna be taking a look at the airlift tire gauge. Right off the bat, this tire gauge is gonna come with the gauge itself, and then the bag that you can store it in. It may not seem like a huge feature, but I just like it because this is a more of a precision tool, I like to know that it's gonna be protected whenever I've got it in my truck or my vehicle, or maybe you have it in your camper like this, but essentially it's just gonna be used to check the inflation on your tires, whether it be your vehicle or your camper or your RV. Goes up to 100 PSI or seven on the bar scale. And the way that it works, I really like it because a lot of people will use those traditional pen style tire gauges and they'll just put it on here. more

Now, this air down gauge is going to allow you to easily let the air out of your tires. The integrated gauge is going to let you monitor the air pressure as you deflate, and the diameter of the gauge itself is about 2 1/2 inches, and if you notice here, it does have a rubber bump that's going to protect it from blunt impact. So, this has a, it's very durable, but, of course, you do wanna try to avoid dropping this on a regular basis, 'cause that could affect the readout over time. But it is nice that it has this bumper to at least give it some protection. more

A Closer Look at the Bulldog Winch Air Pressure Gauge- Video
Ellen: Hey everyone, I'm Ellen here at etrailer.com, and we're going to be taking a look at the Bulldog winch air pressure gauge. This is a handy device to have with you to check your tire pressure on any off-road vehicle, or just with you all the time for checking the pressure on your car, your truck, anywhere that you want. It has a nice rubber outer sleeve to keep it protected, and then the actual gauge is made out of a brass material, so it's going to be up to the task no matter where we are, should resist any corrosion, and shouldn't have any difficulty with differences in temperature or pressure and things like that, even altitude. It also has a glow in the dark face and needle to make it easy to read even if it's dark outside. It's going to be a little hard for you guys to see on the camera here, but I'll give it a shot in a minute.If we take a closer look at it you can see, we'll have the bleeder valve here at the side, so if you want to let out a little bit of pressure, it's easy to do that without having to remove it from the tire that you're checking, the actual nozzle is going to be at a 45 degree angle, so that makes it pretty easy to get that checked, and also that little inaudible 00:01:16 will rotate around 360 degrees, so no matter what angle you're at, you can still get in there. It makes it pretty easy to get into tight quarters spaces and check the gauge and have it be easy to read.As I mentioned, it does glow in the dark, so I'm going to give it a shot and see if you guys can pick that up. more

The pressure range it'll read is from ten to 75 PSI and the units of measurement will be PSI or kPa which is kilopascal. It is an all metal construction, has a nice rubber coating to it. It is the pencil style with the pocket clip and what's nice on this one they do include this two times magnifier and that's used to help see the small numbers and increments on the pencil gauge. So when you put this on your tire gauge and that shoots out to go read it sometimes it's hard to see the numbers or the increments. more
