Fogatti RV Tankless Water Heater Installation - 2007 Starcraft Homestead Lite Fifth Wheel

Hi there fifth Wheel owners. Today in your 2007 StarCraft Homestead we're going to be taking a look at and showing you how to install the RV tankless water heater. In most cases, this unit's going to be a direct replacement for an existing tanked water heater that you have, except this one's going to be tankless. It fits in your same slot. You have the same exhaust outlet and overall it looks fairly similar except for there's no tank inside. And the benefit of not having a tank is that this heater is designed to heat the water as it flows through it, which means unlike a tank heater, after you've used up the hot water in the tank, the temperature starts to diminish. more

Hey guys, it's Randy here @etrailer.com. Today we're going to be taking a quick look at our Hot Water Dometic Auto Re-ignition Gas Water Heater. This is a 10 gallon water heater, so it's on the higher side of the capacity we generally see, and this one's going to produce up to 13.5 gallons of hot water per hour. It uses the auto re-ignite feature, so you don't have to get in there and hit any of the igniters or anything like that to get your hot water back and operational. And overall, these are very popular as a direct replacement for a faulty water heater that you currently have. This is designed to work with a 12 volt system, it's not an electric water heater, so it's gas only. more

Today we'll be taking a look at the Atwood RV Water Heater with heat exchange. This is going to help you to have hot water whenever you get to your destination, since it's going to actually use the heat from your radiator system to heat up your water tank, instead of just relying on your propane gas. That's going to save you a lot of time and a lot of effort, as well as also save you some on your propane gas, since that water will be ready to go once you get to your destination. And then you won't have to worry about using as much propane. It's actually rated to reduce our propane usage by up to 27%. So it's going to save that and then also save some energy from having to also use any, or as much power. This has a six gallon tank and it produces up to 12 gallons of hot water per hour. more
