I do have the Louver grill already snapped into that base, but you will want to remove this grill before installation so you have access to those holes. So you would install that base first and then put the screws through those holes there, whether it's gonna be on your floor, wall, or ceiling. And then once you have this mounted in place with the screws, then you'll just snap this Louver grill into that base. more
