This is an 18 inch wide by 20 1/2 inch tall ABS plastic access door that will allow for easy, keyless access to a compartment on your boat or RV, so this will work for your control panels, your valve, or wiring compartments, and those sorts of things. This is going to swing open 180 degrees, so it's gonna give you plenty of room to reach your gear, but we do have these dual recessed latches here that will turn independently to ensure that the door is going to be closed. So you can see that turning, so no lock, so it is a little less secure than if you we're to have a lock on there, but it is gonna be a great option if you're not looking for a locked access door just to give you that peace of mind to know that it is going to be sealed, no chance of it flying open and that sort of thing. So as soon as we close down our lid and get it nice and tightened it up, it's going to keep any water from going in or out. It's made out of a UV resistant and also impact resistant plastic, comes in white. It does have these little finger grips so you can turn it to open it or close it and it's also going to have a little emboss. more

So this is going to be a nice flush design that allows us to have a sealed up access hole for anything like plumbing, electrical connections, maybe some cargo or other hose compartments. Basically, anything where you want a nice sealed up opening that you can then access by just turning the lid here. It does have a little embossed label for open and closed, so you can remember which direction will open or close that access. There's a gasket around the inside lip to keep water in or out of your system so you don't have to worry about rain and snow, sleet getting into the compartment, but it also keeps anything from leaking out as well. more

This is going to help secure your electrical switches on your trailer or RV. It does have a key that is going to allow the door to be closed and secure so you don't have to worry about anyone getting in there, accessing your inaudible 00:00:27 components. You can see on the side here that latch does slide into that slot to make sure that it's nice and secure and when we open it up, it's removed. The key is numbered so if you lose it or need a replacement, you can get a corresponding key for your lock there, so all is not lost.This is made of a very light-weight but very durable plastic construction so you're not going to have to worry about it adding an increased load onto your RV or travel trailer. more

This is going to allow us to get our electrical cables up and out of the way and protect them from any weather, elements, or vermin that could potentially cause harm. It is a locking door so we've got a key that we can easily close the door and prevent any sort of theft or tampering with our electrical cords.One thing I really like about this door is that it does have this small latch here, slot that's going to allow us to run an electrical cord out while we have the door closed. If we're hooked up at a short power site we can run that electrical line out and then close our door and lock it up for the night so that we don't have to worry about anything getting in and causing any problems while we're hooked up.As far as the construction of this door and the frame, it is a very durable but lightweight plastic. It is going to resist UV rays as well as road salts and acids, so it should do a good job holding up for you.I do want to give you a few measurements here. more
