And as you can see, they got the little tabs here on the sides, those little metal tabs sticking out, and those are gonna be when you put this in and rotate it, it helps lock it in place into the bolt socket. You can see they got those same metal nubs there on the ends that when you push this down and rotate it into the socket, it locks in place just like your OEM bulb. Now, these are gonna produce a whiter and brighter light with greater contrast for backup or turn signals. They do sport a nice 3,200 kelvin color temperature. more

As you can see, they've got the two little metal nibs coming out of there, or buttons, whatever you wanna call 'em. You simply push down and it rotates into place, and these little guys rotate into the groove inside that socket assembly and hold it in place. more

Hello, neighbor, Steven here with etrailer.com. Let's take a look together at our Sylvania H1SU Halogen Hydrogen Bulbs, the SU standing for SilverStar Ultras. So, folks, these are gonna replace that standard equipment headlamp bulb for you. They are a direct replacement and they're replacing that 55 watts that you're accustomed to, so they're gonna be brighter, more cleaner light distribution, broader, and a longer range even for faster recognition of objects while you're driving. Now, I do recommend, just like I'm wearing gloves today, when you install these, wear some kind of gloves so your oils on your hands when don't mess up the metal or the bulb, and that's per the manufacturer's recommendation. They also recommend you change out both at the same time, meaning if I had one burn out, go ahead and change the other one as well, because they're probably not too far behind each other as far as their lifespan, but more importantly, you want your vehicle to have both sides of consistent lighting and color of lighting when you're driving. more
