Hey everyone, I'm Evangeline right here at etrailer. Since every bike rack fits every car differently, we're focusing in today on how the CURT 2-Bike Rack fits on a 2023 Nissan Rogue. Now, you might be interested in the CURT Bike Rack because it's an affordable rack that also tilts away, not a common feature for your entry-level racks. And this is definitely gonna be your more minimal-designed rack, where you don't get much features beyond that, so you still have a pretty decent weight capacity for your mountain bikes and for your road bikes, but if you're planning on carrying extra, extra-heavy electric bikes, double-check those numbers, and with the tilting-away function, it does or it is held in place by your two pins. So the tilt-away, you first have to pull this clip, (clip clicking) and then you can pull out this pin, (pin clicking) and then you have a secondary clip and pin, right over there, and I'm supporting the bike rack with my knee right now. This is best done with two people if you have two bikes loaded up. more

The outpace is a really small, compact, but surprisingly heavy duty bike rack, with a 55 pound weight capacity, and the ability to carry around two bikes at that weight. This is a really good fit for the Rogue if you're looking for something that doesn't take up too much space. However, we did find that there are some clearance things to look at, like the inability to fold up when the bikes are not on. So let's go take a look at some of those features. more

The main thing here is that the Nissan Rogue got a hitch and wiring installed onto the vehicle here today because they wanted to carry around multiple bikes. This is actually gonna be a very good fit here where I thought the bike rack was gonna sit too low, that we we inchesre gonna have some ground clearance issues, but we're actually sitting it just right. So, if you're looking to carry around some heavy electric bikes, bikes in different shapes and sizes, you're familiar with maybe the older Thule EasyFold and you want something very similar with its features, that's where the Thule Epos comes in handy. more

So one thing you may notice with this, this is gonna allow you to transport your skis on top of your vehicle with your roof rack system and get everything out on the road. Skis, even if you have shorter ones, they still are gonna take a lot of space up in the road, and this is just gonna free up that limited cargo space that you have for your adventure. So, taking a closer look at the exterior of our ski carrier, you can see it's a black, you have a polymer here, that's gonna hold up against UV light and heat, as well as cold, similar to the plastics on your vehicle from the manufacturer, you have a button on the end that's gonna allow you to push in. It kind of sticks out a little bit along the side. So if you have a mix and you can actually push down and get that raised up. more

How's it going, neighbors This is Ed here with etrailer.com, and we're gonna take a look at the Swagman Dispatch bike carrier on the back of our 2023 Nissan Rogue. The Dispatch is a frame-mounted bike carrier, meaning that you're gonna have a padded hook across your top tube and two cradle straps to secure your bike to the carrier. If you have a carbon fiber frame, a step-through bike or just a nice paint job where you didn't want any contact, this may not be the best option for you, but if that's not a hurdle, then this'll work out great. On the back of the Rogue, it does not have a tilt feature, but your trade off for not having a tilt is the ability to use it in a flat tow situation or if you also own a RV. So that's kind of a good feature. However, it does limit you from accessing the cargo area if you have the bike on. more

Compatible? Yes! The Thule Hitching Post Pro Bike Rack for 4 Bikes Fits a 2021 Nissan Rogue- Video
Hi, everyone, Aidan here at etrailer. Today, we're gonna be taking a look at the Thule Hitching Post Pro Hanging-Style Bike Rack and seeing how it fits on the back of our 2021 Nissan Rogue. Now, with this being a hanging-style bike rack, that does mean the bike is going to hang by the frame. You've got these dual arms with four sets of cradles, so capable of carrying up to four bikes, and having three points of contact on that frame. Two straps over the top that hold it down into these deep cradles, and the third one on the seat post here, acting as an anti-sway cradle, which does (indistinct) our side to side movement, helping with bike to bike contact and preventing the bike from running into our vehicle. A lot of different bike racks that we've tested today had clearance issues with the Nissan Rogue. more

Hi everyone. Aiden here with etrailer. Today we're gonna be taking a look at the Swagman Skaha 2 platform style bike rack and seeing how it fits on the back of our 2021 Nissan Rogue. Now this is going to be kind of a mid-range bike rack, but able to work with a wide range of bikes. With this being a platform style rack the bike is going to sit on top of the rack in these wheel cradles, and this particular one holds the bike in place primarily by our front wheel hook right here. That's gonna be the thing that holds the bike upright and keeps it still for the most part, and it does a pretty good job at getting a strong hold on the bike. more

This is gonna be a platform style bike rack which means that the bike sits on top of this tray and this one is held in by the frame. We've got a clamp up top holding onto our frame wherever it fits best. It can rotate around 360 degrees and move around the mast here to adapt to different frame styles. So a good option for alternative frames. more

Things that tend to rip and make a mess like bags of mulch, soil or concrete, you can put them here, and just hose this off whenever you're done. Now this particular one is going to be a steel carrier, which means it is going to be a bit more of a durable material, maybe a little bit more susceptible to rust and corrosion over time, but it will be strong, capable of carrying up to 500 pounds. more

Hey, it's Ethan here at etrailer. Today we're going to be taking a look at the Hollywood Racks Sport Rider SE hitch bike rack and how it fits on our 2023 Nissan Rogue. The SE is going to be a two-bike platform style bike rack capable of supporting up to 80 pounds each held primarily by this frame hook here on the center mast as well as two straps down at the bottom. So you can use it for your e-bikes. You can mix and match and get some heavier mountain bikes on here if you want to. One thing we do recommend against is using any sort of carbon frame bike 'cause it will potentially be taking damage on the frame as this, making that primary contact here while you're driving or if you just have a nice paint job you want to avoid that as well. more

Will the Inno Shadow 16 Rooftop Cargo Box Fit Your 2018 Nissan Rogue?- Video
Hey everyone, it's Evangeline here at etrailer and today we'll be taking a look at how the Inno Shadow 16 Rooftop cargo box fits on the 2018 Nissan Rogue. This is gonna be a 13 cubic feet rooftop cargo box, I really like some of its features, like how easy it is to open and get access inside, although the clamps can be a little tricky compared to some other boxes, but with how this fits on the Nissan Rogue, I think it's a really good fit especially when it comes to the length of the box. So the whole box is gonna be 78 inches and three quarter inches long, which is a pretty long box, fit for cargo, different shapes and sizes but the main thing is, can you open up your hatch Well, with where we have this installed, we still have full access to our hatch even though there's a teeny tiny gap I left right behind there to fully max out that length. So this gives you access to your storage space of your vehicle, but also the storage space of the box. Notice where we have the box mounted to the crossbars, if you have a Nissan Rogue with raised rails, you can just move those rails back and, or the crossbars back and forth to get the best fit, in this case here you also have the ability to slide the box back and forth to fit on the rails. The tracks underneath there is a lot, so no matter what you could get, definitely get it into the right spot on your Rogue. more

So this bike rack has a lot of good qualities about it that make it popular for people with electric bikes, some of the other electric bikes you have to get the ramps sold separately, and you have to remember to keep it inside your car. This one is included with rack and it's kept on it. There are some different features though that you may have to be careful of with how close it fits to your vehicle. If you have longer pedals, things like that, be mindful. more

How Does the Swagman E-Spec Bike Rack for 2 Electric Bikes Fit on a 2017 Nissan Rogue?- Video
Hey everyone, it's Evangeline here at etrailer. And today we're taking a look at the Swagman E-spec and how it fits the 2017 Nissan rogue. So the E-spec is for those extra heavy electric bikes with that 70 pound capacity. And if you are flat towing your Nissan rogue and you need that extra movement because it has to be stable enough to work on motorhomes fifth wheels and flat foot vehicles. Now downside to the E-spec is it doesn't have the same premium features that other bike racks have like the tilt the way options. So if you wanna open up the hatch of your Nissan rogue you are gonna have to take your bike off. more

So seeing these two together, there's some things I like to bring up. This is an affordable entry level bike rack and it works great with carrying around your bike safely and securely. Plus you have a good tilt mechanism. Another thing though, is it does come kind of close to your Nissan Rogue and that's gonna be very important depending on what types of bikes you're carrying around. more

Now right outta the gate, I think the Transfer does an excellent job of staying pretty low profile and with a pretty minimalistic design does a great job of getting some of our bikes to the trail ahead with us. You can see it has that little signature U-frame design that offers a couple key advantages over some of the other platform acts out there. The biggest one, as you can see, I can stand right in here and actually start getting right underneath our bike. more

Hey everybody, welcome to etrailer.com. I'm Bobby, and today we're taking a look at the RockyMounts BackStage two-bike platform rack here on our 2021 Nissan Rogue. Now I'm a pretty big fan of the BackStage for a lot of reasons. We're getting a lot of maneuverability with this rack, however, we are still getting a nice stable platform for our bikes. Not only that, we are getting upwards of 60 pounds per bike to actually get up on here. So you notice we do have our big heavy ebike up on here. more

Hollywood Racks Road Runner Hitch Bike Racks Review - 2021 Nissan Rogue- Video
Hey, everybody, welcome to etrailer.com. I'm Bobby and today we're taking a look at the Hollywood Racks Road Runner 4-Bike Rack Carrier here on our 2021 Nissan Rogue. Now the Roadrunner does an excellent job of getting, yes, four bikes up to the trail head. However, I think it really starts to shine by how much sway control we are actually getting for a hanging style rack. So if you're on a lookout for a way of making sure that our bikes stay nice and pretty while still having to utilize that hanging style, I think this can be a great concession for ourselves. On the end of the bars here you are seeing, we do have those two arm supports, and on either side we are getting some nice, little reflectors on the end. more
