Today, on our 2015 Chevrolet's Cruz, we're going to show you the Yakima Rocketbox Pro 14 Rooftop Cargo Box. That part number is Y07192. Now, we already have it on our vehicle. I'm just going to show you a few things about it. The good thing about this, the Rocketbox itself, you can actually open them from both sides. Wherever is where you want to load it, and we're loading it on our passenger's side, you can bring it on this side, and you can load it on this side only.
All right, so we're unlocking it, push the button, open it up. All right. Now, we have 2 of the 4 hold-downs already on. The red knobs are to tighten it and loosen it. The black knob, actually you can turn it to adjust it to fit under whatever crossbars you need.
Say, if the spread was smaller, you can bring it down that way, or if it was bigger, you can go the other way also. We're going to go ahead and start on tightening this one down. It pretty much just tightens down underneath our crossbars. As you can see, the tighter we get, the more snug it is, and it should not move at all. That's pretty much tight there. We're going to move to the other side, and go ahead and tighten that one up.
Now, the good thing about the Rocketboxes, say you're going on that long trip, you need more room in your vehicle, here you go. You throw your luggage in here, all your goodies. Say you're going camping, or hunting, or even going to the mountains. You can throw your snowboards and skis in here, all your fishing equipment, even your hunting stuff, also. All right, it's getting close there.
Make sure it's nice and snug, all right. Now I'm going to see if it moves, it's not going anywhere. We're going to close this down. Now we're going to lock this up, and we're going to go to the other side, just to show you, the same way on the passenger's side, you're going to actually do it on the driver's side. Say, if you wanted to move it over this way, same thing, you have your key, you unlock it, open it up, and once again, walah, you can load it on this side also. After all that, we're ready to go. That's going to complete our look at the Yakima Rocketbox Pro 14 Rooftop Cargo Box. Part number again, is Y07192, on today's 2015 Chevrolet Cruz.
