Review of the Rola Roof Cargo Carrier on a 2015 Chrysler Town and Country

Today on our 2015 Chrysler Town and Country, we'll be test fitting the Rola Roof Mounted Cargo Basket, that's part number 59504. Our Town and Country here today already has its factory rails installed as you can see. This cargo basket will fit most roof rack systems. We can go ahead and begin by putting our basket on top of our rails. We'll position it where we want it and then we can simply slide it on. Now if you can, you line up your rails with a nice spacing on each side as you see I'm doing there.

All right now that we have it sit on there, we can hop up there, we'll grab our spacers as you can see here, what I'm going to do is I'm going to set it underneath and snap it into place as you can see there, do the same on this side, get that in place. All right now that this side is in place, I'll run over to the other side and snap those in. Okay, I got my spacers here, slide it underneath, snap it in like that, and then back here same thing, make sure it goes in securely. All right now that I've got all those on there, I'm going to run to the front of the vehicle really quick and make sure we've got it all centered up. Okay, that looks pretty good. All right now, what you want to do is you want to take the top part of our clamp, you'll notice these two squares here and what does are going to do, those are going to sit in the squares of our spacer feet here.

I'll set that down, line our squares up, we'll go ahead and slip this one in as well, line the squares up, then we'll take our clamps that go underneath this here and we'll run that underneath. Fit it to our top part of our clamp and we'll tighten that down, providing a nice tight fit to our rails. No reason to over tighten, once all four of them are in place, they provide a nice snug fit our basket won't move. All right that one feels pretty good. We'll tighten this one up, taking our clamp, slide it underneath, fitting them in between the fork here, go ahead and tighten that down. Those are pretty good.

Now I'll come over to that side and finish up there. We'll take the top part of our clamp, set it where the squares line up, and then we'll take our bottom part of our clamp and run that underneath. Then to our last one and then we'll be all set. All right then our basket is secure, we are ready to hit the road. That's going to complete our test fit of the Rola Roof Mounted Cargo Basket, part number 59504 on our 2015 Chrysler Town and Country.
