Today on our 2010 Toyota Highlander we're going to take a look at the Rocky Mounts Arrow Bar Roofing Rack System. The crossbars are RKY3056 and then our flagstaff towers are RKY3002. Now, we have the first one already on our front one. It's pretty simple to install so we're going to show you how to install a second one. Now we have our crossbar, we have our flagstaff towers, we have our end caps, we have the tool the comes with it and we have a tape measure. Now to put on our towers take this side and slide that through our T, t-slide like so. As soon as you get them on we can load them on the vehicle and we can start tightening it down. So, lets make sure I got the bars the right way.
I want to take our strap here. It's a metal strap with a rubber coating on it and we're going to put it up in this slot. We'll get our key. I'm going to start it for right now. We still need to take a measurement for our crossbar distance.
We're going to do that at 27. I'm just going to get it started just a little bit, This is going to wrap around our side rails. I got that one started and moved to the other one. All right, that's good enough. Now I need to get our measurement.
I want to do 27 inches between the two middle. I need to move down some. Down a little bit. Almost there. We got 27 inches there and we'll move to the other side and do the same.
Go ahead and start tightening them both up and put our end caps on. With the Rocky Mounts Roofing System you can find other accessories such as ski and snowboard carriers, bike carriers and even cargo carriers. So, we got that side. Snug it up and put our end cap on. That's pretty snug there. Close that up and put our end cap on. I can say one more thing. This has a little key that can lock it up but you can take that core out and get a real key on our website, just check etrailer.com. So that's going to be a look at our Rocky Mounts Arrow Bar Roofing System on today's 2010 Toyota Highlander.
