Review of the Rhino Rack Roof Rack on a 2010 Toyota Highlander

Today on our 2010 Toyota Highlander, we are going to take a look at the Rhino-Rack vortex aero crossbars, roofing rack system. The crossbars are RRVA126B-2, and the foot pack will be RRSX005. I have the first one already on. I'm going to go ahead and put the second one on now. It's real easy to install. What we have here, we have our crossbar, we have our foot pad, and we have an endcap, and this is the tool we use. I'm going to go ahead and slide this on here, so we have to take our endcap off first.

It slides right into the T-slot. Now we're ready to go ahead and put it on our vehicle and tighten it all up. I'm going to start on one side and move to the other side. Get them nice and snug. We'll move to the other side. Back to the other side again.

The good thing about the Rhino-Rack vortex system is you can find all the accessories on our website such as bike carriers, snowboard and ski carriers, and cargo carriers also. The crossbar spread, I'm just going to get them tight on here. We are going to make our measurement. On here, we are going to average at 25. We want to get them nice and snug, just a little bit. We are going to get our tape measure and measure it out.

I'm going to go center to center. We are about right there, at 25. We are going to go to the other side and do the same. We are about right there, and we are going to start tightening them down. We are ready to go.

We got this side all nice and snug. Put the endcap back on. Continue to snug this one, and we'll be ready to go. This is the tool that comes with the Rhino-Rack here, and it has a little curve. Once it starts to get straight, you are pretty much tight. We are getting it straight now, so we are going to go ahead and . that's pretty much snug. Put the cap on, and we are ready to go. This is going to be it for our look at the Rhino-Rack vortex aero crossbar roofing rack system on our 2010 Toyota Highlander.
