Today we're going to be taking a look at the Reese Skull LED light and trailer hitch cover in chrome, part number RP86523. This skull trailer hitch cover is chrome by day, and fiery red by night. It comes with all the hardware you need to get it installed in an inch and a quarter or two inch receiver. It provides all the benefits of a standard hitch cover, keeping out dirt and debris, with the added benefit of glowing at night. It's constructed of a durable corrosion resistant plastic and includes a foam gasket to help reduce rattle. It uses LED lights to ensure it's longevity and connects to your existing standard 4-pole connection.
Now that we've gone over some features I'll go ahead and show you how to get it installed. You will need to provide your own pin and clip. If you don't have one that's okay you can find one on our website a part number PC3. We'll feed it into our receiver tube, it doesn't matter which hole we use just need to use whatever works best for our application. Put it in as far as we can go, we'll line up our pin holes, insert the pin then our clip. Then we can grab our 4-pole connection and plug it in.
Now it does come with a zip tie, so we can kind of clean everything up. Now let's test it out. Here's our running lights, and then our brake lights. Now let's check out our hazard lights. That's going to complete our look the Reese Skull LED light and trailer hitch cover.
