Review of the Inno Roof Bike Racks on a 2015 Toyota Sienna

Today on our 2015 Toyota Sienna, we're going to take a look at the Inno Fork Lock Roof Mounted Bike Carrier. Part# is INXA391. We have a bike on our rack, and we have our rack hooked to our vehicle. I'm just going to show you a few features of it. This is a fork-mounted bike rack. We see we have the skewer here. We actually have a key for your anti-theft.

I'm going to open this up. We have our skewer on our forks here, so disengage it. You just want to pull out this way until you engage it. Just bring it in. Make sure it's nice and low so you can also make sure you can clamp it down. We're going to move toward the back now.

In the back, we just have our wheel sitting in our wheel cradle, and a strap around our back tire so it holds it in place. We're going to remove that fist. I'm going to get up here, unlock this, disengage our skewer. Now if we have to loosen it or tighten it up, on the other side here, there's a little knob. You can turn it to our left or your right to loosen it and tighten it up.

We're going to loosen it. Now we can move our bike. We're going to set this off to the side. I would say always get in the good habit to go ahead and replace your straps so they never get damaged, or lost, or anything. We're going to do that first. Since we're back here, we're going to show you how this is engaged on our crossbars.

This actually is a T-slide bike carrier. We're going to remove our cover here and I'll show you. The good thing about this on an Inno, because we have our Inno bars on, you don't have to remove the rubber, I think it's a weather strip I believe, to put it into this slide. It actually fits right down in, slides in. If you look up top, it's tightened down with an Allen bolt so it's nice and secure. There is a knob underneath. You can see here you can adjust it to your crossbars to whatever length you need to go to. Now we're going to move towards the front. Put that on. Once again, we're going to take this off and show you. Like I said, it pretty much slides right on top of the weather strip itself. Once again we have two Allen screws that we have to tighten down where it tightens onto the crossbar. It doesn't move at all. Let's go ahead and close this all up like so, put back our end cap, and we're ready to hit the road with our Inno Fork Lock Roof Mounted Bike Carrier. Part# again is INXA391 on today's 2015 Toyota Sienna. Let's see how it performs on our test course. First is the slalom area which simulates side-to-side action like turning tight corners or evasive maneuvers. Next are the alternate speed bumps which show you the twisting action like hitting a pothole, road debris, or hitting a curb. Finally, we're at the solid speed bumps which show the up-and-down action to simulate a parking garage or coming out of your driveway.
